Letter

I've received an email yesterday about this blog, and it was from Blogathon thanking me for the commitment I've shown to complete this marathon mission. I appreciate it!

Post 50

If you know what I'm talking about,
Then I'll know that your heart will always be 'round about.

If you shall be a feather in doubt,
Then I'll know not when you'll ever have your arms
'round about me-eeeh.

Some song lyrics just came up with.

And so, this blog has served its purpose. Thanks to those who donated for MM! Thanks for those who've found out more about what makes up or what should make up this world!
Blessings!

Carolina Kluft or Eunice Barber? Well the Swede vs. the French... athletics hepthatlon... it was down to the 800m run, and Carolina suddenly leveled at the shoulder of Eunice, then went for home and never looked back, finishing 2nd, Eunice 3rd... world Champion for a strong character like Carolina, after having a bad start in the high jump event. Congrats!

Post 48

There will be 2 more posts after this, and you have quite witnessed why you shouldn't love the things and laws of the world, but you should be focused on the ones above where God has given you much more tools to try and conform to. too many people let you down, but you shouldn't give up, because good always prevails.

Post 47

If there is a possibility for people to tell their stories, even annonymous, but to tell their honest stories of abuse or of oppression, then it's what I've created once (addy here). Stories must be told, virtues must be rectified, discussions must take place, people shouldn't be oppressed.

Post 46

Chelsea FC won the trophy! The Champions of England won it by 2 goals to 1 vs. Arsenal.

In other news: Bottom of the hour to you!!
Top of the pile to you (if you happen to be stuck on one) :-)

Post 45

I had to be away for a while, my cell phone cable had to be replaced, then I had to help my family with groceries. I didn't watch the charity shield and I wonder what the result is. I rushed home and here I am now updating this useless blog which will cease to exist in 3 hours.

Post 44

This is continuing. Not that I expect anyone to drop by, but if you're here, please comment, or pledge :-)

A charity shield match is going on right now. If there's a draw in this match, then they will share the trophy. Proceeds go to Community shield charity.

Post 43

Some interesting. There is this tour of Benelux and the riders took the wrong route, and the organizers tried to stop them, a motorcycle tried to stop them, but they wouldn't listem. They lost 8 minutes to the leaders' pack. Unbelievable! Talk about riding in vain! They have stopped, but it took another motorcyclist to stop them. Poor organizing huh? I think they should have stopped them right after they took the wrong turn. things that make you go hmm (poor organizing... now what's that reminding you of?)

Post 42

I've completed a lot of things in vain, yet I am glad I did them, God knows I did them and He gives the best credit ever. Who cares for others that don't care for you?

Anyways, I am watching the World Athletic champsionships. Yelena Isinbayeva, the world record holder in the pole vault, the only woman to go clear at that distance, over 5 m, she qualifies easily for the finals. She always is so happy and she shows her emotions right after winning!
Great character!

Post 41

Well, it's no surprise they've deleted my site from the webring. No one has understanding. I will go on regardless. I believe in the cause, but as you can see, no more pledges, and don't expect any. Personally I'm not rich, I only have ideas, and I thank God for my blessed talent, for one day I will make something of it.

If anyone wants more to see of this blog, then please comment. World is unfair and it proved so. What more can you expect from bureaucrats?

Post 40

Although I've had to be away, I will do this last hour and another 6 later. As I see there haven't been any more pledges, but what can I say, had a headache, had a zzzzzzzz, now I am back. If only I had more in life, more people would be helped and not ignored. I've always been for talents, valued life, and such and such.

Post 39

Too hard, isn't it, when starting in the afternoon, and awaiting under 7 more hours. But with 2 pledges so far, I guess there is no point. I will get some sleep. Oh, well. Goodnight! see u in the afternoon, when I will open this page and see at least 20 pledges? hmmm

Post 38

I've mentioned previously about life, about God, about needs, deeds, and I've added lots of thingies here. What can I do, or what can you do in return? :))

Post 37

It's another gaming site! www.miniclip.com but can I stay awake for this cause? I got my pets online with me lol!

Post 36

There's an important thing to do in this world, and I guess looking in the mirror is the first one, but at first sight, you may be troubled, so try looking for some games to play, then return and look in the mirror again... you will be more reinvigorated! :-)
Look for a skateboarding game. It's one I am playing often, and playing now.

Post 35

Some other artists I like: Sita, Sonia Lacen, Enrique, Bee Gees, Bon Jovi, Tammy Trent, Marco Borsato, Marusha, Faith Hill, Kate Hall... I challenge you to look them up... :-)

Some actors I like: Pierce Brosnan, Rachel Bilson, Michelle Pfeiffer, Ashley Judd, Tom Hanks.

Some designers and models I like: Gucci, Valentino, Versace, Balenciaga, Ellie Saab, Antonio Berardi... Gemma Ward, Dewi Driegen, Elise Crombez, Nicole Trunfio, Liya Kebede.

Some hours I like... 3rd hour and the 19th one... l*o*l

Post 34

Top of the hour to you!
Bottom of the sink to you ( should you happen to wash some dishes)!

Unfortunately, my player retired, with 4-6 3-4 being the result. But it was a semifinal result in any way, so it helped my fantasy team.

I interviewed a tennis player, now retired, Barbara Schett (in upper image). It was back in 2000 live on the phone during the Australian Open. She was a great player, a top 10 material, and an all round great personality, always managing to smile and be amicable. You can check out the interview here.

Post 33

Akiko is fighting back, as I said, and she is doing great , having broken her opponent in the 2nd set. But her opponent just came bac to level 3-3. it's competitive alright.

Personallym I played tennis when I was 10, till 15 or so, but never had a good trainer, as i wanted to advance, and wanted to use more facilities, like the gym! But they were not up for supporting me. I wish one day I'd be a trainer. I also have planned to be writing a book on the sport.

As you can see, others can shatter someone else's dreams, but not when someone has their minds set on a goal. My goal these days is to write, and i will do a lot with God's guidance...

Post 32

"Every day we give away,
Is but a plan to get away
From the startling, craving ways,
To give into those blessed praises
we all yearn for!"

So, just written these lines while listening to Michael W. Smith. He was singing "Love is enough, until we give it away"

In my other news... Akiko has lost first set, but looks to play more competitvely i the second against fellow Japanese player Sugiyama!

Post 31

Keeping the promise, are you keeping your pledges? Advertising has never been my forte, and folowing up on a previous point in which I mention availability of things, ready for us to bare our fruits, I think even colleges or universities shuld have the ability to let us choose from job positions they should acquire a partnership from various companies, all in order for us to have it at the ready and be able to fructify our creations, or help out.

With my sites, I'm ready to help out, I'm ready to motivate and to point other talents to the world. Are you ready to be used by goodness in order to create goodness? :-)

Post 30

How do you like my hair now? "How do you like me now? Now that I'm on my way!" ( a little Toby Keith singing there!!)

I'm here to tell you the submarine (which incidentally is also red and white) has been wired up and ready to be lifted up to the surface. Sailors are so so, but they hung on! This is another great escape! Praise God and His mercy!

Unfortunately, late last night another plane attempted to make a quick landing, but crashed in the sea near Sicily. Some escaped, but there were deaths :(

Post 29

Just had a little crash, but then again, who doesn't with a pc... so many hours without turning it off! Approaching 13 hours!

Anyhow, I'm listening to a report about Marilyn Monroe, and that she may have been poisoned 50 odd years ago. That should raise some eyebrows, and that's her psychatrist speaking, so it may have been a doctor-patient priviledge until now!

So much stuff going on in a world where we're suppose to be more responsible as to what we do, what we teach our youngsters, what we hear and who we adhere to...

Post 28

It was just around half hour ago that I listened to the Blogathon radio and heard about Imogen Heap. Her site is brilliant, and the studio, that 360 degrees view into the London recording studio is great. I was wondering why the aspiring artists aren't given the start-up tools, like the possibility to have a studio, rather than having to run from one record label to another in vain. They should freely express their freedom.

Of course God gave us free-will, but some take that away from us in society... ever thought about that? Freedom is free, free to express oneself. I like Imogen's site, and her music is exquisite too.

Post 27

I guess this design of an M-hat could be catching on!
Just made it on artpad!

Post 26

Good news from down under... under the sea! The sub appears reachable by the international rescue teams! So, that said, there is hope for survival. Better to be shaken, then not stirring up any breathing at the end of such an ordeal.

So, y'all liked my dress drawing? Who wants it, I'd post an auction for it! yeah, yeah!

Post 25

This is what I've come up with. Anyone wants the designer's dress? :-)

Post 24

The moon as it was outside my window when I could capture it. I based some Live Moons messages to every shot I took. I tried to add a story to every cloud surrounding the moon at that time. You can view this at this location of mine.

I am playing with the artpad now, thanks to my next neighbor in the Blogathon webring here. So, maybe I capture something from it the moment I finish drawing something worthy!

Post 23

I've written a book about different points in life, and what's the reason for them. Bellow are some excerpts which I share with you:

What’s the point of taking drugs?

If you are on a bad memory lane, get off! You cannot bring yourself down by taking something that could put you down forever. Even at parties, drugs lift you beyond… beyond!… beyond the level your body can ever take… therefor it brings you down, eventually. It is useless to throw up afterwards, isn’t it… or die eventually…

The point of drugs is to make you relax, should you talk about legal medicine. It may actually have the same effect on you, you know, the relaxing effect should you be taking illegal medicaments. But do you know why they are illegal? Because scientists in the medical field see it as a threat to the mind, or to the brain, or to the body. Relaxing is not the same in these described incidents… Just as performance-enhancing drugs are not the same as treating an illness.

Vitamins are O.K., but excess is not. You have to stop clearing your head, mind or brain if you are to sell yourself to illegal drugs. Drugs, in nature, are set out to cure someone of something. Think of cigarettes, do they cure or do they relax you? Too much relaxation puts your frame of mind in danger just like excess of alcohol does.

If it is in sports that you are taking a whole different range of vitamins or supplements, then you are cheating your way in a competition, because it should be your pride and your ability to count yourself in the running! If it isn’t you winning, it might as well be a clone or somebody else, because you are not worth it… it didn’t come from you - it isn’t you!

Controlling what you put in your body is essential to your living standards. If you want to be healthy and strive for the best, you have to be eloquent with your words, because you will be misunderstood, your phrases will be lost, or you may get ignored by other people trying to inhale (inadvertently) your “cigarettes issues”.

It’s not always pleasant to give yourself into drugs, now, is it?

Post 22

Wow! Former victims of Saddam's regime, now getting married! That oughtta turn some blessed hearts around in the pool of love! Some charities helped them out as well.

And that's what I want to emphasize, that other ministries around the world do care for victims of any sort. No one is ever alone. If you'd like to pledge, then this is your chance. I am here 24 hours and MM hasn't even dropped me a line yet, but it's till time. When I heard about this blogathon event, I thought it's a good idea to raise awareness and to help out. So, here's to helping out!

Post 21

An impressive bite-size has just returned from the skies!

Could the blessing have arrived?

The Russian submarine is about to have some visitors... the British are on their way, attempting to dive under, while the Americans are sending two divers to the region. This after a radio-signla wave has been sent down there, a cable of some sort, to detect possibility of raising the sub to the surface. This is good news! Stay tuned and keep praying!

Bottom of the hour to you!

Top of the mountain to you! (should you happen to be climbing one!)

I was thinking, what if every house we lived in was a "House of God"? Would churches be just distant revelations for us? If we'd build a house based on our religions, we'd invite God in, and He won'tbe dissapointed, I reckon. And we'd be more aware, thus, of what we should do and what we should turn our souls and minds away from in this world of deceit, of temptation and of degradation.

It's never fair when you cannot have a job because of the oppression of a government, and it's never fair when you are enticed or tempted by other when you don't have the money (but feel so talented that you can scream, yet cannot be the cream at the top of your creation). This is why things of this world cannot be attached to any of us, as it shouldn't because they are just that... things. But if humans deny other humans the right to survive, what is there to live for? I think you have to live for the friends that will come along, for the inspirations (even those twisted ones) that will turn your souls and minds into fruitful dualities ( dual, as in God and you).

You'd be amazed what you can create, but you have to have a platform of discussions, because every opinion counts, and no one is discounted at the end of a day. If good works, then it will be applied anywhere, but if bad works then you are doomed on the other side of Heaven...

Post 19

My blog's just turned 19! Uughhh well...

told you about Krystal Meyers, and if you look on the first posts, you'l find the link. however, about Everlife, this band of 3 girls is on the same soundtrack as Raven Symoné! I like Raven, just got to listen to her album yesterday. Everlife? Well, they rock! The soundtrack in question is "Go Figure", and they have the title track. Life is forever when you listen to their beat, as it's one which defines this new egenration of singers, a little bit edgy a little bit with a message.

Everlife's message is one of purity, one of fun, and one of remedy (one of their singles has this word in them). This is their fans' site.

Post 18

Soccer! Let's hear it for the Premiership, the English football league!
I've selected 14 players, but the salary cap there didn't allow me to choose all of my favorites :(
However is my first team:

Hislop
De La Cruz
Naybet
De Zeeuw
Fortune
Lampard (C)
Robben
Osman
Djemba-Djemba
Lua-Lua
Rooney
Subs:
Almunia
Drogba
Upson
Francis

As you remember, I was looking into the fantasy sites for a soccer management, so I settled for this one. Interesting players, the ones with double similar names *lol* My favorite from the ones above is Lampard (Captain of the team) I hope this team will make some points!

Top of the hour to you!

Bottom of the river to you! (should there be a beach and a sun you're basking in!)

Hour 5 and post 17. Don't be afraid, we're just getting spiked up around here!!! hehehehe.

What would you like to talk about? Well, I like tennis, I like music, I like to write and I like volleyball... hmm, are those the 2 sports you most like? No, thee are truly many more. And one of them you willfind out about in the next post! in the meantime, is your pet psychic? hehehehehehehe

Post 16

Just sang a song, and it's only a bit. I do like to be original, so this one's not on any other website, therefore it is an exclusive. It's called - "Love the way"

In sports, unfortunately Coria had no magic left in him, he's just won a tournament a couple of weeks ago, but tonight he was outclassed by an up-and-comer! Oh well! Next time he better perform! Now it's up to Akiko to make up for my womens fantasy team in San Diego.

Hope you like the song! Comment on it, please!

Post 15

In the world of sports: Guillermo Coria is currently in a competitve 3rd set with Florian Mayer, but he is down 2-4. If he loses, then all my players for this week's ATP fantasy game have been eliminated. So, I'm following online updated results live from Poland! Go Mago! (Coria's nickname).

In other news, well, what can I say, about me, that I am dedicated and hope a whole lot more around the world are fructifying their blessed dreams and do some good to help others "Keep the candle burning!", as Wilson Philips once sang! (where are they now, hmm). But I can introduce you to the Everlife superchicks! Wonderful sond from a comitted and devoted girl-band!

Post 14

The following is an extract from a poem which I've posted at todays-woman site:

"In a candle I can see the light's turned on.
In a handle I can see the opening of the door.
In a sandal I can feel how I'm walking on.
In a bundle of joy, I am marching on."

this is where you can ind the entire poem: http://www.todays-woman.net/poems13108.html

There are now 2 online pets on this page! Yay! I brought them over from my fashion blog here for you to meet them! Please play nice with them :-)

More thoughts: do you see a bird going by sometimes? yes... well, that bird could be released from somewhere, told to go out, develop, grow up, gather information, find food, prosper, and then return back to the nest. These could be the pigeons.

This said, liken the bird to the humans... We are told of a great mystery in the Book of Books, especially in the Ephesians, Galatians Books... as if we are released to be born in this world, grow up, develop, make something useful, fulfill a plan, realize where we want to go and who we want to be with, obey the simplest of commandments, and after all this was achieved, then we return back into God.

Imagine the crows, or the bats... do they not love to pick on people, or do they not love the night? Well, thing is that we were given both light and darkness, and we were given a free-will to decide what's good and what's bad. I cannot think that whoever kills in the name of religion and picks on people just to make life miserable for others will go back into God. Could you?

This should be a message for those who deny others life without trying to listen to everyone and to avoid conflicts. Evil always loses in the end, and this age of terrorism just reduces the evil to a nonsense, being just an obstacle for those who care about technology, about medicine advances, about bringing a baby to the world, and so on.

Post 11

We've made it thus far, over 4 hours into it, and I thank the ones who have pledged 15$ so far! No mean spike about it, since we need fruits in this world to get by through the thorns, don't we?

You know, at the end of everyone's life, the fruits is what counts, like at the end of every harvest, while the bad seeds will get thrown away. In today's world there are too many bad seeds, but it is never too late, never, to let them feel welcomed, or to ask of them to have open-mindedness, to let them have a job and create for themselves, barring of course they do not stray back into their wickednes!

And that's my half-hour rant...

Spike is back! And he says: Top of the hour to you!
We say: Bottom of your green spikes to you!!!

Why not introduce you to my fanlistings? To be found here on my site, I host the Vinessa Shaw one, but I also like Boa from Japan, Rhona Mitra, actress from England, but more of "Boston Legal" fame, Josh Hartnett, the author Dean Koontz, the "Hero" song from Mariah Carey (aren't we all heros when we want to help out?), and others like Sara Evans, Kate Beckinsale, and I even am a fan of the Joop! fragrance.

Those images of the pets have their explanation, as to how I made them. I have another blog here, and as stated, it's their images and it's my captions... a combos of dogos and catos! :-)

Speaking of other blogs my e-zine, seen on the links on the right, is a fashion one, and it's where I have that "model mood" idea posted. I use that sometimes to emphasize who matters and who changes our world these days, who has the talent and who has the ambitions. I always thought it is good for a guy to send a kiss to other females, lol!.. so I would need a female to kiss other males.. in images of course... what's on your mind? hmm, what's in your mind today? I know what's in mine, and it is mined with blessings.
Current Model Mood is:

It's of no surprise that I am committed to this, yet are you, my dear visitor?

Let's see, what next? How about this fella? He's had enough of blog-eating-thon!!

Post 7

Models and fashion, I think it's something we should talk about next. Inspiration, again, has its perks, and people is who inspire the most... the clothes they were set up an imagination in your mind, and the combo afterwards is a winning inspiration for someone to write, to sing, or to create whatever is in their mind.

Julia Stegner is the model on the left here. I also like Dewi Driegen, and I've dedicated a site to her. You can hear my songs there too, even if they aren't too professional, they are making a difference to someone who inspires me, namely The Dew!

There is also The Gem, as in Gemma Ward, and that's my mood at the moment, tuned up to her expression:

Hello! Please don't adjust your screens, I've just gone red and female! I'm here to let you know about the charity: dedicated to give shelter to those who need it, give homes to those who need it for themselves and for their children, and give a life to those who fear theirs, and to reassure them that Mercy Ministries is nothing to fear about :-) It's only "mercy" after all.

In other news... there's this:

And he talks!

Post 5

So, what is Anticonformity? If you love the things of the world too much, and are attached to them too much, then you are a conformist, complying with the laws of the Earth, but if you just use them (as they are just things that get you by), then you are an anticonformist. Krystal Meyers has this song, and it's a bit indie-a bit pop, and it appeals to many young women and men these days, but even the song is not something to attach to, it's the morality behind it... lyrics do count, don't they?

It's interesting how much people like a lot of gold, a lot of money, a lot of pompous houses, whereas some don't have that, and don't even have food around the world. Well, to love God, is to have everything, and that was what I discovered as well. You cannot take anything away from this world when you die, it is just your soul, and you don't even have a suitcase to pack that in, huh? It flies, it's caught up to Heaven, it meets the Lord, you will be judged, and you will be either tossed away from the people who appreciated their Creator, or will be dwelling among them. Up to you, to know what to do, who to love, who to give credit... and you can give credit to the people who make a difference in your life, those who have inspired you... ah, yes inspiration again! I give a lot of credit to those who inspired me. Do you?

Post 4

Hey! No spiking around now. What do you think?
Well, how about some music? I know you like to stomp your feet, to serenade, to move your lips, so yo must like music, huh? Personally, I have sung on my computer for a few years, even last night, and I've a whole bunch of songs I've written, but how about some artists? I like a different range of artists, and various styles keep me going.
Singers I like: Krystal Meyers (up and coming Christian artist with an "anticonformity" message, which I will elaborate later on it), Amy Grant(Christian Pop), Emma Shaplin (Classical crossover), JD Natasha (Latin Pop), Placido Domingo (Classical), Vanessa Mae (Classical Pop violinist), Vanilla-Ninja (Estonian-German Pop, they've recently finished in the top 8 at the Eurovision).
As you can see, in order for some girls to be successful in life, there is a need for support, and if we can start helping them, it's a good start for some who aspire, yet are not inspired!

Post 3

I was looking at the blogging times here, and noticed it is always on Pacific time, so let that be! Anyhow...
The important thing is to let you know about the Mercy Ministries, the charity I am blogging for: it is for women, created by women, it is dubbed "the house that Mercy built", it helps the young women, mostly between 13-28 to establish themselves and have something to live for, if they are depressed, if they are going through pregnancies out of wedlock, and it gives them financial balance and the hope of the Lord through the hands and minds of the Mercy Ministries workers and volunteers.

In order to donate, you have to pledge first, and this means going to the link on the right here and eventuallly register at my blogathon.org site. You can donate whenever you can after this blog-marathon ends, and I know you care for women, even if you are a man... because I am a man, and I do care as well :-)

I found out about this charity thanks to a singer, Amy Grant, and you may know about her and heard her songs. Being dedicated to the ones you love, the ones you never met but seen their difficulties from the far is what life and love is all about, and that is what I'm about as well. Music is also a part of my life... And so it goes. Stay tuned for more of my determination for MM, for this blogathon and for the love of God.

Post 2

And I am your guide! You can find me here. That's right, it's a special avatars site, and they are a bit cute and, of course, copyrighted.
Now, please listen! hope you like my spikes :-)
I'm currently looking to sign up for a fantasy football site. Whether at versus soccer or at the official premiership league.
In other news, the sports! And I have some fantasy players on a tennis site. Unfortunately, just 1 single female player remains, Akiko Morigami (playing in San Diego this week), and 1 single male player (playing in Poland during this European afternoon) Guillermo Coria.
So, more to come!

Post 1!

Top of the morning to you!
Bottom of the sea to you!

This will be my first post on the Blogathon, and I want to take the time to pray for those Russian sailors trapped at the bottom of the sea. Americans are trying to get to them, they have reached them, but it is a race against time, for the sailors are running out of oxygen. It's a matter of hours.
I pray to God that they should all be saved, I pray that God is that hope, and is that oxygen for them. I imagine they are praying as well, so I ask the world to do it too!
More on my blog coming up in 30 minutes...

Ready

On Saturday I will start at around 9am EST (US time), 3pm CET (European time) to blog. There will be updates on sport events, music, my singinging too, even I hope to come up with a soap-opera, there will be spritual reflections, and other stuff. I will introduce you to my online pets even!

Stay tuned!

Hopefully getting ready

Hopefully by this Saturday this blog will be picking up every 30-40 minutes in one single day. You can view the pledges link on the right. As there is a needed $5 pledges to participate, and the cause is great because they help women get real help, as well as stay on top of their own lives with the guidance of professionals, I hope everyone can help out.
Appreciate it!

The start of something special

This will be an adventure for a charity's venture. The challenge will be to post every 30 minutes, or so, within 24 hours. It may start this Saturday.
The charity may be one that helps out girls and women with difficulties in life, or another one. Stay tuned.
My blog will include updates from what I'm encoutering, creating, dealing with, or simply which games I'm playing, and what ideas or poems I have in mind and on the spot.
So, be sure to come back this Saturday, and I will be able to let you in on the secret.
